Tallahassee Maid is a residential cleaning company in Tallahassee, Florida. We've been cleaning homes here since 2016 — capital-city bungalows, student rentals near campus, family houses out past the canopy roads, and plenty of apartments and townhomes in between.
Why we work by text and email
Arranging house cleaning shouldn't require a game of phone tag. You send us the details when it's convenient — at lunch, after bedtime, from the carpool line — and we reply by text or email with your date and your final price. Everything is written down, so nobody has to remember what was said on a call three weeks ago.

Why our prices are printed right on the wall
Most cleaning companies make you ask for a quote. We publish the math instead: $0.12 per square foot for regular cleaning, $0.18 for deep cleaning, $0.25 for move-in/move-out cleaning, and flat rates for our Common Areas Clean and Mother's Helper packages. What we do and don't do
We're a residential housekeeping company. That means cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, floors and surfaces. It doesn't mean post-construction or post-renovation cleanup, which needs specialized dust and debris removal we don't provide. Organizing, laundry and tidying have their own home in Mother's Helper. Tallahassee, Florida. That's the city we know, and we'd rather do one town well than claim a map we can't serve.
