Deep Cleaning is for an occupied, furnished home that needs more intensive cleaning, or one that hasn't received a thorough cleaning recently. It's the reset button: more time per room, more detail work, more scrubbing in the spots routine cleaning passes by.
Where the extra time goes
- Detailed bathroom work — grout lines, tracks, fixtures, buildup around bases
- Kitchen detail — around and behind small appliances, cabinet fronts, backsplash
- Baseboards, door frames, switch plates and other detail surfaces
- Reachable ceiling fans, vents and light fixtures
- Edges and corners of floors that a routine mop pass doesn't reach
Two things to know
Deep Cleaning is not a substitute for Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning. If the cleaning is related to a move, please select Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, which is designed for an empty home.
Deep Cleaning is also not post-construction cleaning. Homes with recent construction or remodeling need specialized dust and debris removal, which we don't provide.
What it costs
A 1,500 sq. ft. home is $270. A 2,500 sq. ft. home is $450. Many households do one deep cleaning and then switch to regular cleaning on a recurring schedule, which takes 5% off.
